I love the color palette too.

Earlier in the year, I did prints with fern leaves. I had the same problem of the paint resisting the leaf. I read in a book I had to take a Sharpie pen and color the leaf with a Sharpie...and then apply the paint. It totally worked! I guess the Sharpie seals away the oils.Kellyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02263405659108175434noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7061571236470916248.post-27777888664699731702011-05-27T19:07:43.713-04:002011-05-27T19:07:43.713-04:00I love the spirit of experimentataion, and favntas...I love the spirit of experimentataion, and favntasy, I especially love it when it works out.The colors move well throughout the painting. The loosness and the variety of your brushstrokes combined with the stencil makes it an exciting painting..liz Cutlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16093599448107934981noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7061571236470916248.post-12928815774581661582011-05-27T12:02:42.395-04:002011-05-27T12:02:42.395-04:00This composition is so spontaneous. The butterfly landing in the middle is so serendipitous.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06647980211462647251noreply@blogger.com
