Kristin #52, morels

A little different for me as I don't usually work in black and white; I am working on a series for a friend's restaurant website. The images are supposed to be simple so they can work as a background or a sort of logo. Any feedback is greatly welcome!

...these are really cool, Kristin. I love the deep contrast. These should work well in print too.

Hey Kristin these are very well done and I knew exactly what they were right away. Feedback on two things: 1) maybe a bit more shading on the further one so it looks more 3D, and 2) where the stem of that larger one ends, making it more clear that the stem is not attached to the other mushroom, e.g., could there be a shadow from the smaller cap onto the stem?--or alternatively, having white paper between the two mushrooms so it's clear there are two?

I knew right away they are morels. I agree it might be better to seperate the two just a tad.

Thanks all for the feedback; that is exactly the useful information that helps!
