Need Some Help Please
Remember that terrible painting I did of Christina?
I am redoing it and have this sketched out on transfer paper but I don't remember how to do the transfer and can't find a resource. And I have never done a transfer as I always sketch right onto the WC paper.
Could someone help me or direct me to a resource please?

Hi Teri,
I don't know if this will help, but I always do my sketches on tracing paper and outline in black pen. Then I tape my tracing paper sketch onto a sunny window, tape my WC paper over that and then just trace it lightly onto the WC paper with a soft pencil.
Your sketch looks great---good luck ; ).
Thanks so much Kathy! I will try this, sounds easy enough.
Kathy's suggestion is an excellent way to go and probably the cleanest. You can also take a pencil and color in on the backside of the paper where the lines are, but be warned - it gets a bit messy.
You can make a carbon paper to use between your drawing and the paper if you think you'll be doing this a lot. I would suggest staying away from commercial carbon paper as they are LOADED and you get more graphite on the paper then you know what to do with!
If you decide you want to make your own, let me know and I'll send out the directions!
Thanks Laure. I would like the directions for the future if I would paint on a WC block. It will save me from erasing on WC paper. No hurry though as I will try Kathy's suggestion.
I can't believe I have never done this!
