Kelly - Painting 4

(watercolor)

Yesterday it was 62 degrees F in Cincy. It's often below zero at this time. The daffodils have pushed through the earth in our front yard, and it feels like spring, which made me think of one of our earliest arrivals, the Tree Swallows. With the spring-like weather, I had these birds on my mind, so I went through old photos for inspiration for this painting.

What a beautiful sheen on the top of your tree swallows head. Lovely.
