I photographed these small watercolors at different times during the day. What a difference in daylight colors! I might have to re-do the first two, just too much blue from the morning light.

Closing in on my year and still trying to push on.

Dora, these are so vibrant and look effortless. Some of my favorite parts are the green area that looks like algae on shell in the top painting, the 3-dimensional success in the cone-shaped shell next to it, and in the second painting the superb round, whole shell. Oh, and the fruit added into the composition. Yummy!

These are great little compositions. The light sure can make a difference when photographing. I usually like to set my background to a standard white (which I do in photoshop) so that I can balance for the daylight and color of the paper. But maybe that is one extra step that doesn't need to happen. I don't mind the blue glow.

So nice. The shells have such a two sided texture to them and the colors and light are great. I like your boldness with the shadows
