Painting #39 - Prickly Pear

I painted this from a photo I took at Sedona.  The Prickly Pear was tucked in a crevice with the sunlight glistening on it.
I just never tire of painting cacti.

Your paintings are wonderful.

We visited Sedona recently and a few posts ago I posted photos of the huge rock formations along with photos of the Church that you painted!

Great job, Teri! You really captured the depth of the crevice and, as usual, your beautiful cactus is just glowing ; )~~

...I don't get to see cacti where I live, but I'm really starting to get a feel for them through your paintings. I always love the greens you use.
